As part of the celebration, a special four-handsKaiseki led by world-renowned chefs including Global Grand Chef Tadashi Sawauchi of Hotel Okura and Morihiro Takeda, Executive Chef of Yamazato, Macau, was held on April 25, delighting guests with authentic Japanese cuisine.
